We maintain clear cancellation tiers: 100% refund for cancellations made 15+ days prior to check-in, 70% refund for 7-14 days prior, 60% refund for 5-6 days prior, 20% refund for 3-4 days prior, and no refund for cancellations made under 3 days.

The refundable security deposit (₹5,000 for entire villa, ₹2,500 for individual suites) is refunded immediately at checkout via UPI or direct electronic bank transfer following our standard property inspection.
